This vintage natural history hardback is profusely illustrated with black and white photo plates and a few colour ones.
It is in fairly good condition - the cover has some spots. Inside there are library stamps on the inside front cover and front flysheet and on the publisher's page. There are a few marks in a few of the pages' margins. There are some dog-ears and page 147 has a dent on the bottom edge (see pics).
Otherwise there is no writing or creasing.
